Avenpulse Privacy Policy

About Avenpulse
Avenpulse: VR Fitness & Flow is developed by Extrude Studio. This policy covers the Avenpulse app (Android package com.extrudestudio.dailymovevr) and information you send us about it. You do not need a separate Avenpulse account. Meta operates your headset account and store services separately. Contact us about privacy, access, correction or deletion at raheelswati1@gmail.com.
Movement and your surroundings
The app uses headset and controller position, orientation, tracking status and button input to render your view and hands, select controls, recenter the scene and respond to movement. If you enable the optional boundary cue and the headset supplies boundary points, the app uses them for that cue. It does not save a continuous room map or an ordinary workout's continuous pose recording. Technical logs can include positions, tracking status, selected screens, sessions and rendering information. These are processed to operate and troubleshoot the app.
Progress and preferences
The app stores a local profile on the headset, including session dates and durations, scores and hits, guided participation, optional effort feedback, programme progress, quiet-time history, goals, favourites and queued sessions. It also stores comfort and reach calibration, coach, equipment, sound, music and scenery preferences. Local recovery copies help protect these records if a save is interrupted. Avenpulse does not provide an account-based cloud profile or an automatic developer-operated history upload feature.
For target activities, the local profile also remembers your coaching choice, which movement cues have registered successful matching-hand interactions, and a small familiarity count for completed sessions. These records are kept separately for each activity, seated or standing choice, and controller mode so that optional coaching settings can reduce repeated explanations. They are not an assessment of exercise form, health or fitness, and are not automatically sent to us.
Your music
When you choose Add a music file, the system file picker lets you select a DRM-free MP3, OGG Vorbis or WAV file. Only the selected document is read; the app does not scan your music collection. It validates and copies the file into private app storage, and saves a local library entry with its title, duration, audio format and a generated identifier. Temporary import copies are used while checking the file and are cleaned up when the import finishes or the library reloads. The original file remains unchanged. The app does not upload imported music or analyse it on a remote service.
Other audio mutes the app's soundtrack so you can independently use a compatible separate player. Avenpulse does not log into Spotify or another streaming account, receive subscription credentials, or import protected offline streaming downloads. Any separate music service and its controls are governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy.
Deletion and local storage
Settings → Privacy & progress → Erase my progress removes saved session and quiet histories, favourites, queued sessions, best scores, programme and garden progress. Comfort, sound and other preferences remain. After a successful save, progress recovery files are updated so erased progress is not restored from the old backup. If a save fails, retry or contact support.
Erase my progress also clears remembered movement-cue successes and session familiarity. Your per-activity coaching choices remain with your other preferences.
To remove a music track, choose its X button under My files and confirm Remove copy. This removes its library entry and deletes the imported audio copy when storage permissions and the filesystem allow. It never deletes the original file you selected. Library recovery files may retain earlier track metadata until replaced. A storage error can leave a private audio copy behind; contact support or use the headset's app-data controls to remove all local app data. Erase my progress does not remove imported music. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes this installation's private profile, library and local files; headset backups are handled separately by Meta.
Support and optional diagnostics
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, such as a description, screenshot, recording or log. We use this information to answer you, investigate issues and handle privacy requests, retaining it as needed for those purposes and applicable obligations. Ask for access, correction or deletion by emailing raheelswati1@gmail.com. You do not need to send passwords, payment information, medical records or body photographs. Please remove personal notifications and room details from recordings you do not want to share.
Developer or support testing can enable local diagnostic reports and captures on a test installation. These can contain app views, movement/tracking information and technical performance details. Avenpulse does not automatically send those files to us; sharing them through email or another support route is a separate action. Ordinary app use does not record your microphone or camera for a remote coach. Coach speech is played from bundled recordings, and the app does not send your voice to a generative AI service.
Platform and website services
Avenpulse uses Unity and OpenXR on Meta Horizon OS. Meta operates headset tracking, boundaries, account, store and any platform backup services. Unity and Meta services may process technical information such as device and software details, usage or diagnostic records under their own notices and settings. This policy does not promise zero engine or platform network traffic. There is no Avenpulse advertising, social leaderboard, live chat or in-app subscription feature in this version.
This policy page is hosted on GitHub Pages. Visiting it involves normal website requests handled by GitHub. Our support email provider handles email delivery and storage. These services process information under their own policies. The policy page contains no advertising scripts, analytics scripts or embedded videos added by us.
