Making the first few sessions easier to start.
The app began with short hand-led rhythm sessions. The current source now also includes guided seated and standing classes, and we’ve been working on how a beginner finds their first session and understands each demonstration.
A path with a clear next visit
The four-week beginner programme contains twelve visits. It mixes introductory movement, mobility and rhythm sessions, with seated alternatives where available. Progress is saved locally, so someone can return to an earlier week without erasing completed visits.
Before moving, the app presents real-space checks. A virtual chair or floor marker cannot confirm that someone’s real room is clear. Watch mode lets people see a demonstration without adding participation time, and class timing stops during pauses, focus loss and required tracking loss.
Front and side views, matching words
The new preview shows the coach’s movement library from two angles. We’ve refined seated support, leg extensions, hand placement and transitions between movement and rest. Both coach appearances have matching local narration; the video presents one of those voice packs.
The source offers slower pacing, smaller movement range, repeat instruction, warm-up, recovery and cooldown phases. Our next reviews need to establish how these feel to beginners wearing a headset.
